We Held our GRAND OPENING DECEMBER 10th, 2022 

Here's what we did at our Grand Opening:

A unique experience: Bricks and Minifigs will be the ONLY LEGO^®-ONLY Store in the state of Alabama, with the largest stock of LEGO^® sets and items that the area has ever seen!

Goodies: The line may form early, so we'll be serving Angel's Island Coffee  (Thanks to Angel's Island for this!) starting at 8:00am. We also plan to provide "a taste" of Bigfoot's Little Donuts to those standing in line during this time. We'll come down the line offering one of these tasty treats to each person in line so they can taste first hand how good they are. We may also have some Hot Cocoa for those who aren't yet addicted to coffee! Bigfoot's Little Donuts will be open during our event for those who want more, or a cup of coffee, etc. Also, during the day, Lucky Dice Cafe will be open offering a variety of sandwiches, snacks and drinks. 

Excitement: The store will open at 10:00am and we'll have it stocked with all your LEGO^® Favorites! New in Box, Used/Built, Certified in box, Bulk to search for that special part, and of course, Minifigs galore! Build-A-Minifig, Ball Figs, and collectible series figs. Thousands of minifigs!

Grand Opening Parking

First, we recommend approaching from Martin Road. It's just easier to take this exit to get to our location. From the South, exit at Martin Road and do a U-Turn on the overpass to get back on the service road headed south. From the North, take Martin Road exit and continue south past Martin Road. Pass the light at Byrd Spring Road and watch for the entrance on the right about where the next exit enters the service road. We will have Bricks and Minifigs yard signs out so you can find it. 

We have a great location, but when everyone is open, and events are taking place, the parking lot WILL fill up. So, we are expecting that you will have trouble finding a place to park in our lot. However, we have made additional parking arrangements to extend the parking area. 

The lot just north of us and just off the parkway will be available for overflow parking on December 10th. To reach this parking area, just take the right turn just before Lemon Sage Day Spa (the driveway before ours) and park near the building in the back. You can then walk through the back drive to reach our store by coming through the walkway between the buildings in our shopping center. (See green area below on map.)

If you miss our entrance (and it's possible you will!) just take a U-turn at the next over pass, then another U-Turn at the one at Byrd Spring to come back around again. The same will be true if you do not find a parking space.
